I turn operations problems into working systems.
I started in 2002 commissioning microwave links and radio base stations, then spent eight years at Ericsson in deployment, acceptance and service-provider management. Since 2016 I've run rollout operations at Landmark Plus for a multi-vendor telecom portfolio across 8 regions of Egypt.
Along the way I kept meeting the same problem: the work was tracked in spreadsheets nobody fully trusted. So I started building the tools myself, first Power BI dashboards, then web apps and cloud databases designed and coded with Claude.

- Run end-to-end rollout for a multi-vendor portfolio of 2,700+ telecom tower sites across 8 regions of Egypt.
- Lead a team of 10 (project manager, technical support engineer, 7 field coordinators) plus 12 field crews.
- Delivered 6,100+ work orders, with 4,600+ tower sites handed over and accepted.
- Cut operational costs by 10% through streamlined expenses and a central warehouse.
- Built the web apps and Power BI dashboards that replaced manual spreadsheets for invoicing and field tracking.
